We have utilized Beyond HiFi for several projects: security, lighting, climate control, A/V, window treatments. The entire team is wonderful. I've worked with Isaiah and Luke recently, and I liked their attention to detail, work ethic, and professionalism. They were very motivated to help me find a working solution, even if it means (in my case) explaining technical details that are over kill for the purpose of installation. I worked with Isaiah before, and I've always appreciated his email communication. Knowing how big or small an issue is, saves me time and money, while also enabling me to fix issues faster. (I have an engineering background). I recommend working with them in the future, to see if you can bring the most out of your current unit, or to save money long term while installing units, especially with the comfort that they are willing to make sure you understand "why" they think they are right.
